Interactive Ball-track Pipe
Animal Enrichment for Roger Williams Park Zoo
In collaboration with Roger Williams Park Zoo, this project endeavors to create a interactive ball-track floating toy tailored to North American river otters. In the research we find that river otters are extremely active and curious movements so the colored plastic ball in the clear pipe aims to attract their attention. With a focus on safety, eco-friendly materials, and innovation, this initiative has been showcased and reported by NBC 10 News and ABC 6, highlighting the importance of animal enrichment in captive environments.
